The Haori is typically worn open over a kimono or yukata as a lightweight jacket. Traditionally a Geshia wore a Haori over her kimono to distinguish the business aspect of her trade just as a Merchant or Samurai may wear a Haori over their yukata or kimono. Traditionally the Haori is secured by two inner ties. This piece is secured by two ornamental ties and can be worn open or closed.
This item is a special unique piece. Its variation will not be made again.
