Mailing Address: If the incorrect mailing address is provided House of the Purple Butterfly is not responsible for the postal system's delay in returning the item. It could take up to a minimum of 60 days for an item to process through the postal service's return shipping. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees to reship the item. If the item is permanently lost due to undeliverable address. House of the Purple Butterfly will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the lost item. Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address.
Returns & Refunds: Are acceptable within 30 Days for items returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number. Refund will be issued after merchandise is returned and reviewed. Please allow up to 30 days after delivery for refund.
Handmade Purchase: House of the Purple Butterfly crafts each item by hand through means of hand sewing or sewing machine. This makes your pieces unique but they are also not mass productions created by machines. Please take this into consideration when purchasing pieces. Sizes provided are given in approximate inches.
